the ability to download call recordings
from their user interface
which is kind of frustrating and so
what

share the recording to another user
text it to somebody
email it so I wanna show you how to actually do that

how to download call recordings from Hubspot alright
so the first thing you need to do is go to the contact
uh with the recording that you want to download
and then immediately go to view developer
and then Developer Tools
and then once you get here
you want to navigate over inside of
the Developer Tools to the network tab
and then select the media option by default
I believe it's on elements
so you're gonna click network
then click media
and then I'm going to
select the call recording that I want to listen to
or that I want to download
and as soon as I select that
you'll see that a wave file populates
so if you click on that wave file
you'll see that there's a request URL
so I can copy this URL
and then click
go to that URL
so it's gonna open it up in a new tab
and from there
you just right click
or just click on those three dots
click download
and open up your
documents here
and I now have the file on my computer um to
uh here's the file on my computer and I can now
you know send this via text or whatever
so hopefully that was helpful
um I was this is super frustrating me when
Hubspot got rid of this feature
but there's a quick and simple way to
um to download recordings from Hubspot
